Discovering their love for baking!

Jeremay, Lucy, Remy and Monica, together with NCII Assessor Magdalena Carpio are preparing basic boiled icing for the chiffon cakes they baked (below).

Changes in short courses schedule:

May 19 (Appetizers) and May 23 (Cakes & Cookies) - reservations are still being accepted.

May 14 (Cakes & Cookies) and May 26 (Salads & Salad Dressings) - To prepare for the Food and Beverage Services (FBS) NC II Assessment of Anihan's scholars, these sessions have been cancelled.

May 30 (Cakes & Cookies) - reservations already closed. It will be especially dedicated to teaching young disadvantaged children.
